1. Service

TokenHub (https://tokenhubapp.site) provides an OpenAI-compatible inference API, billed per token in USD. Access is available to direct developers and to aggregator/reseller partners under partner keys.

2. Accounts and keys

You are responsible for keeping API keys secret and for all usage incurred by your keys. Keys may be rotated at any time from the dashboard.

3. Billing

• Pricing is published per million tokens at /v1/models.
• Retail accounts are prepaid; service is refused below the minimum balance.
• Partner accounts may be granted a bounded credit line and invoiced in arrears only where a written commercial agreement exists.
• Billing is computed from upstream-reported token usage; usage metadata is queryable by the account holder.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the API to generate unlawful content, to infringe third-party rights, to attempt to extract model weights, or to circumvent export-control or sanctions rules. Resellers must pass equivalent restrictions to their downstream users.

5. Availability and capacity

Published rate limits and capacity figures reflect measured capability at the time of publication and are enforced per key. No uptime guarantee applies unless a separate SLA is executed in writing.

6. Supply disclosure

The serving backend in use is published at /provider/health. We do not represent third-party capacity as our own hardware.

7. Suspension

We may suspend keys for non-payment, abuse, or a compliance determination. Where a downstream reseller is implicated, suspension may apply to the partner account.

8. Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the preceding month.

Changes take effect when published on this page with an updated date.
